Joe is a native of Louisville, KY.  He attended Trinity High School and later the University of Louisville, College of Arts and Sciences where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  After a break to pursue a business career, Joe attended the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law and received a Juris Doctorate in 1996.  He began his career in the title industry with Secured Title Company, Inc. where he learned the importance of providing outstanding customer service to the firm’s clients and partners.  Joe works in the title department of the Louisville Office of Bluegrass Land Title as well as presiding over real estate closings with professionalism and a relaxed, friendly manner.  Joe currently resides in Sulphur, Kentucky where he tends to his farm full of animals and is an avid fisherman.
