Bluegrass Land Title is very pleased to announce that Attorney Greta Pittenger has joined us in our Louisville Market. Greta is a licensed Kentucky attorney and lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky.

Greta joined Bluegrass Land Title in September of 2017. She began practicing real estate law shortly after law school. Since that time, Greta has worked with numerous real estate agents, loan officers, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a smooth and worry-free closing process. She prides herself on providing outstanding customer service, constant communication, and overall efficiency.

Greta earned her B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Lousiville Brandeis School of Law. As a law student, Greta clerked for several boutique law firms and for the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office, where she completed projects in criminal, civil, and administrative law. She has found her home at Bluegrass Land Title! Greta resides in Louisville with her husband, Ben, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Harvey.
