Eric is a native and lifelong resident of Lexington, Kentucky. He obtained his undergraduate education from Transylvania University in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration and obtained his law degree from the University of Kentucky Law School in 1999.
Eric has 20+ years of experience representing lenders, developers, buyers, and sellers with title examinations, title insurance, and real estate settlements throughout Kentucky. He is the Director of Commercial Services for Bluegrass Land Title and he serves as escrow and closing agent for commercial transactions ranging from single-family units to multi-million dollar commercial properties.
Eric also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Government and Economics at Eastern Kentucky University. He is a member of the American Land Title Association, the Kentucky Land Title Association, the Commercial Property Association of Lexington, and CCIM. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning and is a past board member of the Bluegrass Chapter of the American Diabetes Association.
