Bryan Brown
Bryan is a native of Fountain City, Indiana. He attended Ball State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. His passion for music and love for his country prompted Bryan to enlist in the U.S. Army as a musician in the 113th Army Band at Fort Knox. After a transfer to the Army Reserve, and promotion to Staff Sergeant, Bryan earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining the Bluegrass Land Title team, he served as an Assistant Vice President for a local bank as a Special Assets Officer, Branch Manager, and Consumer Loan Officer. His nine years of experience in accounting, finance, and compliance have proved invaluable in his position at Bluegrass Land Title where he ensures that the company remains in compliance with the ever changing regulatory landscape that governs the real estate and title insurance industry. Bryan, and his wife Laura reside in Woodford County with their cats George and Princess, and dog Captain Jack Sparrow. They attend St. Leo’s Catholic Church and enjoy spending time with family, travelling and dining out.
