Do you offer alternate closing options if I can't be present for closing?

Yes! We offer remote electronic closings using remote online notarization (RON), mail-away options with a mobile notary, and travel closings within our local service area. Contact your escrow officer to learn more. 

Can you accommodate a split closing?

We're happy to accommodate clients who need split closings. Buyers and sellers have the option to close at two different Bluegrass Land Title locations, or they can close at different times at the same location.
