Can you perform split closings at different BLT locations?
Yes, we can do split closings at any Bluegrass Land Title location. Let your escrow officer know if you need a split closing, and we'll handle the rest.
What options do you have for earnest money deposits?
We have three options for earnest money deposits at Bluegrass Land Title. Clients can use the BLT EMD app or Deposit Link to deposit earnest money electronically, or they can drop off a physical check at any BLT location. Choose the option that's easiest for you.
What can I expect from my closing at Bluegrass Land Title in Lexington?
When you close at BLT in Lexington, you'll be warmly greeted by our Director of First Impressions. They'll offer you a beverage and direct you to one of our comfortable closing rooms. Your closing will be prompt and efficient, but you'll never feel rushed: you can ask questions or take celebratory pictures as needed. Most closings last about 45 minutes.
