I am going to be moving out of town before closing day. What do I need to do for closing?
If you're planning to move out of town before the sale of your home is complete, you may want to choose a digital closing. Digital closings can be performed anywhere in the world using Remote Online Notarization. Contact your escrow officer to learn more.
What do I need to bring to my closing?
Make sure to bring your unexpired government-issued photo ID to closing. Funds brought to closing must be in the form of a cashier's check or wire transfer. Contact your escrow officer for more information about your specific closing.
How do I deposit earnest money at BLT?

How long does a closing take at the Lexington South office?
