What do I need to bring to closing at the Northern Kentucky office?
All buyers and sellers should bring their unexpired, government-issued photo ID to closing. You should also bring your approved Power of Attorney if needed. Your escrow officer will let you know if there are any other items you should bring to closing.
I'm going to be out of town on my closing date. What do I need to do?
If you are unable to attend closing in person, we have multiple remote closing options available. If you are a purchaser, we can hire a mobile notary to meet you wherever you are. If you are a seller, an online closing is a great option. Contact your escrow officer to learn more about our remote closing options.
