We’re located in the former Holbrook & Holbrook office space, but we’ve given it a fresh Bluegrass makeover. This isn't just about changing the sign on the door – it's about bringing our unique approach to title and closing services to a new market. And with its proximity to Cincinnati, we're already working on plans to serve Ohio clients in the near future.

Our expansive coffee bar is ready to keep you caffeinated and comfortable. And if you need a place to work between appointments, we've got you covered with dedicated workspaces.

Meet the Team at Bluegrass Land Title in Northern Kentucky

The team at our Northern Kentucky title and closing office is made up of experienced industry professionals. Jordan Kells, our Northern Kentucky Market President, is a Grant County native with an extensive background in lending. He attended Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University at night while working as a Loan Originator. He joined Bluegrass Land Title to combine his passion for real estate with the practice of real estate law. 

Jordan is joined by Tasha Lofquist, who serves as the Business Development Officer for the Northern Kentucky office. She's an Ohio resident with over 15 years of experience in the title industry. Lofquist says, “I did my research before jumping back into title, and I knew that Bluegrass was a brand and culture that I’d be proud to represent.”
